Ideal for keeping fit at home, the PTP doorway pull up bar is perfect for training your upper body by doing pull ups and chin ups. The bar can be mounted at a mid level and be used to perform inverted rows. It can be mounted a few inches off the ground to be used as a push up bar or dips.

In Klang Valley areas: 1 - 4 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
In others states areas: 3 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays).
Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery for West Malaysia is from RM10.
Standard Malaysia Courier Delivery for East Malaysia is from RM20.
