How to Obtain Your LHDN E-Invoice?

  • Scan the QR Code on your printed receipt or visit the provided link
  • Log in with either using email account or Phone Number:
    • Email Sign-In: You will receive a verification email (from support@notifications.cleartax.in) to validate your email address.
    • Phone Number Sign-In: An OTP will be sent for verification.
    • Agree to the terms and conditions to complete your registration.
  • Once you’ve successfully logged onto the portal, you can begin generating your E-Invoice. Enter the following details to fetch your receipts details:
    • Receipt/document number
    • Receipt/document date
    • Receipt amount

  • Upon entering the correct details, a success message will be displayed, confirming that the invoice details have been successfully retrieved.

  • Next, you will need to complete the required fields to generate your E-Invoice. These fields are mandatory for buyers to generate E-Invoice as per guidelines.

  • Check the box to accept the privacy policy regarding the use of personal data, then click the “Generate EInvoice” button.
  • If the E-Invoice generation is successful, you will see the pdf copy of the valid e-invoice with the QR code embedded on your screen.
